how to get cheap flights to Europe?
Cheap flightsalinsocal21 asked:
I travel constantly, but I still haven’t figured out how to get cheap flights to Europe. I know the best times to go are in Feb-Mar and in August. Anyone got any suggestions? I mainly go to Germany, but I also travel to the UK and Spain.

priceline.com or look for deals on ebay..just use common sense when looking at a “deal” that looks to good to be true. time of year is important also and where in Europe you will land.the bigger the airport the cheaper the ticket.

I had luck buying tickets off of skyauction.com You might also try buying frequent flyer miles from someone who doesn’t use them. I bought a roundtrip ticket to Italy for $300 that way. I bought them from an E&Y executive who travelled heavily for work. The last thing he wanted to do in his free time was get on an airplane. The best thing to do there is ask family and friends if they know anyone who travels a lot for work. Good Luck!

in order to find cheap tickets to europe, my advice is to buy them in advance.even though you are traveling during the lowest season, tickets are really cheap when you buy them in advance. This year I spent $247 after taxes for my trip from houston-paris.I bought it sonce november.it was the cheapest tickets I ever bought .
try airfrance.com , klm.com and subcribe to their newsletter.sometimes they send you great discounts.

It all depends on where you live. Taking scheduled airlines is expensive but if you are in the US i think you have no choice. If you are in Canada you can take a charter plane which costs alot less but you dont get alot of flexibility in when exactly you want to travel. For example they may fly only once a week.

i just found a ticket for 700 dollars through yahoo farechaser, it looks at hundreds of websites for the best price. Try looking for other cities not the typical Paris, London or Frankfurt, i bought it to Lisbon in Portugal compared to 1000+ for the other destinations 700 is pretty good.

There are many website that provides you information about flight.
Personally I like:
They provide information about Low Cost Airlines.
After that try the big travel search engine like:
Opodo.com
Expedia.com
Cheapflights.com
Ebookers.com
Lastminute.com
Try all of them because they, usually, have different prices.
Good luck!
