Allow me to say that I have never flown before. This summer I am going to face one of my fears,flying. I’m going to fly to Las Vegas from Cleveland,Ohio. I am clueless on anything I have to do to pull this off, from booking a flight to baggage check-in to just plain surviving this at all. Anyone have any tips for me? Thanks

I have heard that Embry Riddle is the best but I would like to move to the Las Vegas area so I have narrowed it down the these two schools. I am sure both schools have their ups and downs but I would love to hear anyones experiences good or bad with either one of these schools.

Maybe somebody can help me out this pickle..I flew to L.A..it was 11hours…San Francisco..just under 10 hours. Now on wednesday I go to Las Vegas..15 hours..Does anybody know why 4 whole hours have just been added onto my flight?

well, I plan to take a flight on the 17th from China to U.S. and then catch a flight by U.S. Airway from LA to Las Vegas.

The situation now is they cancel the flight from China on the 17th and move it to the 16th. There is basically nothing I can do about it, I have to take the 16th flight, which means I will be arriving at the LA airport one day earlier than I planed. I want to change my flight time so I call the U.S. Airway and ask them about it. But they told me that since my ticket is non-refundable and unchangeable, I have to pay $150+ to change it. That’s obviously not worth it.

Will it work if I just go to their counter on the 16th ask them to change my flight time, or will I have to stay at the airport for one night??
