Where is the best place to go for a 21st birthday party?

I’m turning 21 in May and I want to go somewhere exciting to celebrate it. It is just going to me and my sister. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on my hotel & flight b/c i’m pretty sure I am not going to be there very much. Flying out of Kansas City MO. I’ve thought of Vegas but I want to keep my options open. Any suggestions?

   Vegas sounds a good idea as you can get good hotel and airfare rates, and there’s a lot to see and do there.

   Other reasonably priced fun options could be:
   - New York City (believe it or not, you can get some good deals in May)
   - San Antonio
   - New Orleans
   - Philadelphia

   Vagas. Bright lights. Casino’s. Bars. Shows. Its the city of all cities!

   I vote for Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada! Either place you will be able to get hotel, flight, food, and cab (or shuttle from a/p) for a lot less than someplace else.
