Checkout Southwest Airlines Vacation, Priceline, Travelocity, United Airlines Vacation, Kayak and US Airline. They are all sites that can give you great deals to Vegas.
Here are more tips:

It is best to book your flight and lodging separately. How long has it been since you were in LV? Sometimes you get great deals by contacting the hotel/casino and airline separate for booking.

Check US Air or Continental Airlines. Or use Expedia.com to find your flight. Shop around. I figure you should be able to find an airfare for under $300 each way per person. It is really difficult to advise about a hotel without knowing when you will be going and what you are interested in seeing and doing.
There are over 30 major Hotels on or near the Strip. There are probably 30 more between downtown and in the vicinity. There are probably that many smaller flea bag hotels in the area, too.
Amend your question and include your time frame, number of people and what you are interested in doing. Also tell us if you will have a rental car at your disposal or not. It makes a big difference. There are a lot of helpful people here that can give you excellent advise. Oh, and give us some idea of the price range you are talking about for the hotel. Is $100-300 per night in the ballpark or are you thinking more like $50-100?

Try … this site checks all the other sites for the best prices. You can check as a package or seperately. There is no charge for their service and saves lots of time. Check as a package and then check air and hotel seperately … you will find that you will save money booking hotel and air seperately. Package deals charge each person for air and hotel. When you book seperately you book air for each person but you book the room for the room and not per person. Try it and see.

Keep track of rising and dropping ticket prices for flights at farecast.com
Personally, I found the best deal through Delta from PA to Vegas, but that was after lots of hunting and fare watching.
Try expedia, travelocity, and orbitz.
You can get a good rate if you combine your hotel and flights together.

Check the net for junkets to Vegas.
Any hotel with STATION n the name is usually cheaper but OFF Strip.
