Me and 2 friends are headed to vegas for the week. Staying at the Palms (got a great flight + hotel package from cheap tickets).

2. do you really drink free while at the slot machines?
3. What are some good spots for day and night

1 It is about 1/2 mile and you have to wall on a road that crosses over the freeway
2 You get free drinks Remember to tip the cocktail We usually give $1 for a drink for the two of us
3 Upstairs there is a great nightclub. But across the street is RIo which has a night club. And the Gold Coast has great entertainment in the bar.
4 Don’t do the clubs myself. Cost to get in 20-30 plus $8 bottle water or $13 a drink or $375 up for bottle service

Psalms is a long walk, do not do it. Get a cab or there is a shuttle that comes and goes as well.
you drink for free at all casinos, as long as your gambling. cocktail waitress comes around every 10 minutes or so. somtimes more or less depends on casino.

1. Palms is not far
2. Yes you get free drinks while you are playing but if you do not tip the waitress it might be a long time before she comes around again. Tip her and she will make sure you have a drink.
3. We enjoy walking around the different hotels during the day and gambling and catching a show in the evening. I recommend KA at the MGM for a good show.
4. Expensive to get in and price are high also.

1 Is the Palms a long walk from “the strip”– Sort of. Its not extremly far, but its not the easiest walk. I am fairly sure they have shuttle service.
2. do you really drink free while at the slot machines? Yes. Tip a buck per drink or you wont get very good service. If you give them a few bucks on your first drink, they will be coming back constantly. Some slot machines are kinda hidden and off the beaten path, so its possible the waitresses might not see you.
3. What are some good spots for day and night. Day– the pools are the best spots. At night it really depends what you like. Clubs, bars, gamling, ect. You can find whatever you want.
4. how are the clubs. I got over clubs when I was like 25, just not my thing anymore. Too pricey and full of fake people. But from what I hear, if you like clubs, Vegas will have you covered.

If you’re only tipping a buck a drink at the Palms, don’t expect to see a waitress anytime soon after she comes around the first time. 3-5 is more appropriate. (Used to date a waitress)
1- It’s just not smart to do. You’ve got to walk across the Sahara/I15 interchange a MAJOR intersection in Las Vegas. If you want to be on the Strip, get a room on the strip.
2- PROVIDED you are in fact gambling, instead of just sitting there. Note that at bars, you usually have to play the max amount each spin/hand to get drinks comp’d.
3- Depends on what you wish to do. Need more details
4- Don’t do ‘em. No interest.
